Item was removed from an existing SmartThings system and worked well. It is in excellent condition with no visible marks or scratches to outer housing. Item does require a SmartThings Hub for use. Battery, mounting bracket, wall anchor and screw included. Item has also been factory reset and is ready to be joined to new SmartThings hub, after removing blue tape from the included CR2 battery. Item is packaged for immediate shipping.
