Vintage Handmade Folk Art Jamaica Island Souvenir Doll Mother w Baby Cloth 12.5"
Based on the clothing designs, this adorable handmade folk art mother & baby doll was likely originally sold as a souvenir by a
Jamaican
crafter. It features hand sewn body forms with embroidered face details, glued on hair and matching handmade clothing accents. The baby appears to be attached, however I didn't try to pull it out of the holder with very much force so it might just be a tight fit. It does have some wear from age so p

Approximate weight is 8.75 oz total
Condition: In vintage handmade condition with wear including dirt, dust, grime, stains (specifically across the face of the mother going up and down at an angle as shown in photos), lent, cobwebs, patina, fading, fraying, loose stitches/threads, loose/frayed hair, exposed glue on the hair, tufts of unevenly applied hair, loose strands of fabric/material, and overall wear from age and use.
