    This is a service award lapel pin given by United Airlines to employees. It is about 1 1/4" by 1 1/4" and has  the words, "Service in every sense" on the face along with colorful design and United Airlines along the side.
    I believe the card was larger at some point, it seems to be torn along one side, but that may have been intentional.
