    Rustic COTT Soda Wood Advertising 12 Jumbo Quarts Box Crate
    I believe this was used as a hens nest.
    I had to scrub it down with soap and water, let it dry back out and wiped down with food grade mineral oil.
    Its good for the wood helps stop corrosion, makes the wood grain and print pop more.
    Let sit for 3 weeks for the  pics -- for it to soak in, crate will stay looking the same as in the pics.
    It smelled before cleaning -- very low odor like old wood only now. (if you stick your head in the box you can smell it, for most people other than me it has zero odor) ((my nose is overly sensitive to smell)) hense the concern.
