This is a brand new unit with manual.  We bought four of these and this one sat on the shelf, waiting for use.   This item saved our butts when we passed the glazers on a low rise office building.   We continued working with yoyo's or just a 6' lanyard, from point to point, with quick release and set up between work zones.   This is the only way to go for fast tie off when on a steel structure project.
I'm retired and shut down my end of the company.  I will list other tools, safety gear, and equipment in the near future.
