    Upon inspection of the device,
    I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
    All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
    There are some scratches on the display.
    there are some heavy scuffs on the outside of the device.
    I was able to power on the device with (6) C batteries (not included).
    The LCD display is tested to be working.
    The buttons are tested to be working.
    Channel up 1 moves through channels 1 by 1, channel up 10 moves through channels 10 at a time, channel down 1 same as up, channel down 10 same as up.
    Input is untested due to lack of resources.
    No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
