Haas Graymills 1/8 hp Improved Coolant Pump Impeller Cnc Machined 6061 Aluminum.
I designed this impeller for my Haas mill.  Machined on my Haas mill.  The factory injection molded plastic impeller upon inspection has a terribly loose fit in the housing and is to small to be efficient.  This part will greatly increase coolant flow and pressure and you can keep using your factory pump which is much better quality than the Chinese junk.  This will fit 1/8 hp Graymills pumps such as are equipped with earlier Hass TM mills and TL lathes and whatever else uses that pump. 5/16"  Broached shaft hole with flat just like factory.  It is a press fit but will tap right on with a small mallet.  Held on with factory screw.  Made in USA!
Pro tip:  Use 3/8" I.D. hose from the pump all the way to your coolant nozzles.  Anything less than 3/8 will hurt your flow.  That includes fitting I.D. as well.  Keep your coolant lines as short as practical.  The longer the hose the more resistance to flow.
