I am sorry to write this, but recently a customer did exactly that asking for cancelation within minutes, thinking there was no harm and was shocked to learn that ebay kept the .11 in tax and refused to refund, saying that is how they do business. I am on the verge of folding because of shipping prices and the insanity of ebay rules are speeding up the process.
