Details:
here is a Fire Innovations Truckman's Escape Belt for 32” to 44” waist size. Model CT2 w/ Ladder Harness. This belt is called the Fire Innovations Colorado Trucker Belt. Fire Innovations has now changed the name of this belt to the Cheyenne Escape Belt. The CT2 belt also includes a positioning point tag ring and a storage pouch.
These originally sold new for roughly 5
Your purchase also includes a ladder strap. The ladder Strap is roughly 39" long.
PLEASE NOTE:
originally the ladder strap came with a round steel ring on the end with a carabiner attached. This ring was cut off and removed and the original carabiner was also removed. I purchased a new 25kn professional carabiner and attached it to the ladder strap. It is true that this change does alter the ladder strap from its original design, but I believe the strap can still be used as originally intended, even with this alteration, however, it is the buyer’s responsibility to test the belt to determine the safe functionality of this safety belt and ladder strap. Buyer assumes all risk with the use of this item.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
These safety belts were once owned by a large Southern California Fire Department, and have now been retired from their use. I have many of these belts and all are in similar or better condition to the one pictured. These were manufactured from 2006-2007, as such may be considered out of date, and since these items are used for safety purposes the buyer needs to thoroughly test this item before put into actual use.
