Not deliverable or Unclaimed Packages:
If an item is returned to us by the Postal Service for any reason you will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. Please make sure to double check and verify your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Returns:
If you would like to return your unopened item to us then there will be a 15% restocking fee applied. We will accept most unopened items with the exception of lubricants, adult toys, deodorants, pills and tanning lotion, which we do not accept returns on due to health and sanitary reasons. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. The only exception we will make is if the incorrect item was accidentally shipped out in error and the package is unopened/unused.   We will then reimburse the return shipping charges once we receive the incorrect item back.
