    This was a give-away advertising piece for Bireley'  Fruit Flavor Drinks.  It is a set of 6 Deluxe German Gold Eyed Sewing Needles.  I thought it was a door handle give-away and it could be used as such but it also could have been placed on the 6 packs of bottles.  this would allow for immediate excitement when buying the product.  It was made in Est Germany.  It is about 2.5" x 4.5".
