    Description

    Beautiful coin from the Potosi Mint.
    The side with the cross shows the lions and castles
    and the legend 'HISPANIARVM ET INDIARVM
    REX
    The shield side does have a P and ? at left and also
    details that  place the coin circa 1600 .
    This old one heavy coin is very collectable.
    Lettering is incomplete, but PHILIPVS II is readable.
    Bezel is 14K gold and weights 12 grams approx.
    Pendant total weight is 38.8 grams.
    This beauty comes from an estate sale.
