When plugged in this unit displays a screen showing that the battery is charging and current voltage but we are unable to get to any other functionality from it. We do not have a receiver or dish to hook up to this unit which may be needed. Currently buttons do not seem to do anything on this device. If you have any tests you would like us to do to help verify whether or not it works please let us know. It is in very good physical condition showing little signs of wear and the plastic film is still on the screen. Threading is in good shape and the power adaptor jack holds its cord tightly in place.
